Designed for owners of our solar water tank cooling system, this service provides scheduled preventive maintenance to help keep the equipment clean, check its operation and identify issues that may need attention.

What’s Included?
- Cooling Unit Inspection & Cleaning
Inspection of the cooling unit and cleaning of accessible components in accordance with the equipment’s maintenance requirements. - Filter Inspection & Routine Care
Checks of filter condition and cleaning where applicable. If replacement is recommended, our team will explain the requirement and associated cost. - Solar Panel & Stand Checks
Inspection of the solar panel, accessible connections and supporting stand, with routine panel cleaning to remove accumulated surface dust. - Water Tank & Connection Checks
Visual inspection of the tank and accessible connections for signs of leakage, wear or other issues requiring attention. - Operational Checks
Checks of system operation during the visit to identify visible or functional issues that may require further investigation. - Maintenance Recommendations
A summary of the work carried out, observations and any recommended next steps following each service visit.
Service Coverage
The plan provides 12 months of routine maintenance for the system and location specified in your maintenance agreement. The number of scheduled visits, service area and coverage start date must be stated in the agreed plan. Replacement parts, consumables, emergency call-outs and repairs beyond routine maintenance are charged separately, subject to your approval.
Warranty Exclusions – Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
To ensure the safety and proper performance of your Solar Water Cooling System, all repairs, technical adjustments, maintenance, and modifications must be performed by Green Sol Sun or its authorized technicians.
Any damage or malfunction resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, relocation, improper handling, or third-party interference will not be covered under the product warranty.
Such damage will also not qualify for a refund or replacement under our voluntary return policy. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
For technical assistance or maintenance, customers should contact Green Sol Sun before allowing any third party to service or modify the system.
